Why Join?

The Knights of Columbus is the worlds largest Catholic family fraternal service organization with almost 2 million members. It provides members and their families with volunteer opportunities in service to the Catholic Church, their communities, families and young people. The core values of the Knights of Columbus are charity, fraternity, unity and patriotism. Any Third Degree member in good financial standing is eligible for membership in the Fourth Degree. The primary purpose of the Fourth Degree is to foster the spirit of patriotism by promoting responsible citizenship and a love of and loyalty to our country. Members of the Fourth Degree can choose to serve as honor guards at civic and religious functions. These Color Corps members are distinguished by their blue blazer with office patch, beret and sword. You do not need to be in the Color Corps to be a Fourth Degree member.
